Covenants & Bylaws

On May 7, 2026, at the Annual Meeting the property owners adopted the attached Resolution clarifying enforcement procedures and setting a fine schedule for trash containers and vehicles. The Covenants require trash, green waste, and recycling containers to be stored behind a screen or fence and not in view from the front of the property. The Covenants also prohibit stored vehicles including boats, trailers, and campers in view of other properties or from the street.
